Petitioner has filed this petition under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 challenging the order dated 20.7.2015 (Annexure P-2).

At the time of issuance of notice of motion, it was ordered that in case petitioner surrenders before the Trial Court within ten days then he be admitted to interim bail. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that in terms of the above order, petitioner has surrendered before the Trial Court and has furnished interim bail. Accordingly, the interim bail furnished by the petitioner before the Trial Court, in pursuance to the order dated 29.7.2015 passed by this Court, is made absolute. Petition stands disposed of accordingly.
