**** ANITA CHAUDHRY, J (ORAL) Through the instant petition, the petitioners are seeking anticipatory bail in case FIR No. 335 dated 22.6.2016, registered under Sections 376-F, 354, 323, 34 IPC and Section 10, 8 of the POCSO Act, Police Station Gharaunda, District Karnal.

Service has been effected upon respondent No. 2 but there no appearance on her behalf.

Counsel for the petitioners states that pursuant to the order dated 29.7.2016, passed by this Court, the petitioners have joined the investigation.

State counsel states that the petitioners have joined the investigation and challan has been presented on 5.12.2016.
