Through this petition under Section 439 Cr.P.C. prayer has been made for grant of regular bail to petitioner - Gobind Singh @ Gopi - in case arising from FIR No.86 dated 08.06.2019 registered under Sections 15, 25 and 29 of the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985 at Police Station Dhanaula, District Barnala. Since the petitioner has filed CRM-M-12807 of 2020, therefore, undertaking of the petitioner in para No.11 that no such or similar petition has been filed earlier is patently wrong and incorrect. Hence, this petition is dismissed.
