been released on interim bail, which is not controverted by learned State counsel.
Since the petitioner in the light of allegations was earlier held innocent during investigations and subsequently with the exercise of powers under Section 319 Cr.P.C. has been summoned and thus, is not required for investigational purposes and in view of which the interim bail granted to the petitioner vide order dated 29.07.2015 is made absolute subject to compliance under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
