Cr. Misc. No.M-13186 of 2019 [2] I have heard learned counsel for the parties as well as learned State counsel and have gone through the record. A perusal of the record shows that Bharat Pal-petitioner is named in the FIR. Though, specific injury has not been attributed to the present petitioner, but it is mentioned that the other assailants also caused injuries with Lathis, Dandas and kick blows. In the present case, charges have not been framed yet and the case is at preliminary stage. There is every chance of tampering with the evidence.
Therefore, keeping in view the facts and circumstances of the present case, nature and gravity of the offences, I do not find it a fit case where the present petitioner is entitled to the benefit of regular bail. Therefore, finding no merit in this petition, the same is dismissed.
