**** ANITA CHAUDHRY, J (ORAL) Through the instant petition, the petitioner is seeking anticipatory bail in case FIR No. 25 dated 3.4.2018, registered under Sections 354-D IPC and 12 of Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act (added later on), Police Station Kheri Gandian, Rajpura, District Patiala. Counsel for the petitioner states that pursuant to the order dated 12.6.2018, passed by this Court, the petitioner has joined the investigation. State counsel states that the petitioner has joined the investigation.

Looking to the circumstances, but without commenting on the merits of the case, the petition is allowed and order dated 12.6.2018 granting interim bail to the petitioner is made absolute subject to the conditions laid down in Section 438 Sub Section 2 Clauses (i)(ii) and (iii) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
