Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the present petition has been rendered infructuous, as the same was filed assailing the order dated 26.07.2001, whereby, the petitioner was sentenced to undergo three months civil imprisonment for disobeying the stay order dated 15.06.1993 passed by learned Civil Judge, Senior Division, Bathinda. 2.
However, during the pendency of the present revision petition, the petitioner-Muni Lal has expired on 19.01.2021 and as a result, the present revision petition has become infructuous. Accordingly, the counsel for the petitioner does not wish to press the same. 3.
Ordered accordingly.

The present revision petition stands dismissed as having been rendered infructuous.
