(Oral) At this stage, it has been brought to the notice of the Court by the counsel for the respondent that in the petition under Section 11 of the Hindu Marriage Act, 1955, which is sought to be transferred, the applicant has already been proceeded against ex parte. Perusal of the order dated 14.07.2023 reveals about this Court to have directed the applicant to file an appropriate application to join the proceedings, before the next date of hearing i.e. 28.03.2023.

Despite a period of more than one year, the compliance, as such, has not been made.

In the given circumstances, the application is dismissed, for non-compliance.
