SUMEET GOEL, J.(Oral) Present petition has been filed under Section 483 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 (corresponding Section 439 Cr.P.C.) for grant of regular bail to the petitioner in case FIR No.276 dated 25.08.2025 registered for the offences punishable under Section 20 of the NDPS Act (Section 29 of the NDPS Act added later on), at Police Station Murthal, District Sonipat.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, after arguing for some time, seeks to withdraw the petition in hand, at this stage. 3.
