(Oral) Learned counsel for the petitioner contends that despite a decree dated 25.1.2023 (Annexure P-5) restraining the private respondents from interfering in property of the petitioner, having been passed by learned Civil Judge (Junior Division), Dasuya, in favour of the petitioner, the private respondents have still been threatening to cause harm to the petitioner as well as to his property. It has been submitted that although representation dated 28.2.2023 (Annexure P-7) was submitted to Senior Superintendent of Police, Hoshiarpur, but to no avail.
Having heard the learned counsel for the petitioner, and without commenting anything as regards the merits of the assertions made in the petition, the petition is disposed of with liberty to petitioner to avail of all MOHAN SINGH 2023.03.24 15:29 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this order/judgment

Respondent No.2-Senior Superintendent of Police, Hoshiarpur, is directed to get the representation dated 28.02.2023 (Annexure P-7) examined and to dispose of the same in accordance with law.
