Through the instant petition, the petitioner seeks anticipatory bail in case FIR No.75 dated 07.03.2021 registered under Sections 306, 506 and 34 of Indian Penal Code, 1860 at Police Station Sadar, Gohana, District Sonipat.

After arguing for sometime, counsel for the petitioner submits that he does not want to pursue the petition. He submits that the petitioner will surrender before the trial Court within a period of 10 days from today and file a petition for regular bail.
