Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the respondents have not considered and decided his claim, with regard to financial up-gradation based on the fact that he was granted notional promotion w.e.f. 2003, in terms of instructions dated 11.08.2014 (Annexure P-7). 2.

On this, learned State counsel submits that the same shall be decided within a period of 3 months and speaking order be passed after hearing the petitioner.
