RAMESHWAR SINGH MALIK, J Learned counsel for the petitioner in both these petitions, at the very outset, fairly states that in view of the affidavit filed by Manjit Singh, Deputy Superintendent of Police, Phagwara Sub Division, Distt. Kapurthala, in CRM No.M-29207 of 2011, he seeks permission of the court to withdraw both these petitions at this stage, with liberty to the petitioner to approach the competent authority, as and when necessity arises, seeking appropriate relief, in accordance with law.

Permission is granted.
