This is a petition filed under Section 438 of the Code of Criminal Procedure seeking pre-arrest bail in a case registered against the petitioner vide FIR No. 149 dated 14.06.2015 under Sections 323, 379, 452, 427, 308, 148 & 149 IPC at Police Station City Barnala, Tehsil and district Barnala.

Learned counsel for the State (on instructions from ASI Dharam Pal, who is present in court) submits that pursuant to order dated August 04, 2015, petitioner has joined investigation and is no longer required for custodial interrogation.

In view of the above, order dated August 04, 2015 is hereby made absolute subject to the conditions as envisaged under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
