(ORAL) The instant petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been filed by the petitioner for issuance of a direction to respondent No.2 to protect the life and liberty of the petitioner and her family members at the hands of respondent Nos. 4 to 12 and further directing respondent No.3 to take strict action against respondent Nos. 5 to 12 after registration of the FIR. In this regard the petitioner has also approached the authorities by filing representation dated 29.05.2018 (Annexure P-3) but till date no action has been taken by respondent No.2 on the same.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he would be satisfied if respondent No.2 be directed to look into the representation dated 29.05.2018 (Annexure P-3) and take action in accordance with law, in a time bound manner.

Without going into the merits of the case, the instant petition is disposed of with a direction to respondent No.2 to decide representation dated 29.05.2018 (Annexure P-3), within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of the certified copy of this order and take necessary action in accordance with law.
