(ORAL) Prayer in the present petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. is for issuance of directions to the respondents for the formation of Special Investigation Team or transfer case to Independent Investigation Agency to investigate the crime in FIR No.48 of 2021, Police Station Women, Jhajjar dated 15.02.2021 and file a status report in this FIR and the same be monitored by this Hon'ble Court or by Hon'ble Session Judge Jhajjar as also to decide representation Annexure P-3.

Learned State counsel, on instructions from SI Somwati, informs that in the present FIR Annexure P-1, there were only two accused, namely, Rahul and Harish and vide judgment dated 29.01.2024 passed by the Additional Sessions Judge, Jhajjar, the said two accused have been convicted. The order sheet shows that on the last date of hearing i.e. 05.09.2023, there was no representation on behalf of the petitioner. Even today, none appeared on behalf of the petitioner.
