SURINDER GUPTA, J.(Oral) This petition is for seeking protection of life and liberty of petitioners, who alleged to have married against the wishes of respondents No.4 to 7, parents and brothers of petitioner No.1. Learned counsel for the petitioners has limited his prayer for taking appropriate action in accordance with law on the representation dated 27.07.2015 (Annexure P-5) made by the petitioners. It has been stated that both the petitioners are major. The date of birth of petitioner No.1-Bhawna Sharma is 19.09.1993 as per copy of Secondary School Examination Certificate (Annexure P-1) and that of petitioner No.2-Anil is 09.02.1990 as per copy of Secondary School Examination Certificate (Annexure P-2). They got married on 27.07.2015. Photographs of marriage are Annexure P-3.

In view of the limited prayer made by the learned counsel for the petitioners, but without expressing any opinion on the validity of SACHIN MEHTA 2015.07.29 15:44 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this document Chandigarh

CRM-M-24784-2015 -2marriage of petitioners, this petition is disposed of with direction to respondent No.2-Superintendent of Police, Hisar to look into the representation dated 27.07.2015 Annexure P-5 (addressed to Senior Superintendent of Police, Ambala) and take appropriate action in accordance with law, on receipt of certified copy of this order along with representation in his office.
