The petitioner has filed the present petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. for quashing of impugned order dated 30.03.2015 (Annexure P-2) passed by learned Judicial Magistrate Ist Class, Jalandhar, whereby the petitioner was declared as proclaimed offender in case FIR No. 73 dated 25.08.2013 registered under Sections 406, 420 and 120-B IPC at Police Station Nurmahal, District Jalandhar.

At the outset, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that pursuant to the order dated 28.03.2023, the petitioner had appeared RISHU KATARIA 2023.05.19 13:24 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this order/judgment

CRM-M-15434-2023 -2- 2023:PHHC:072360 before the trial Court and was released on bail vide order dated 25.04.2023. He further submits that the petitioner had also deposited Rs.25000/- in the Punjab and Haryana High Court Bar Association Lawyers Family Welfare Fund in current A/C No. 41564846387. 4.
