*** NIDHI GUPTA, J (Oral) As per the last order dated 19.09.2019, fresh notice was issued to the appellant as it was informed that learned counsel who has filed this appeal has joined the subordinate judiciary at New Delhi. Office report shows that notice issued to the appellant (FAO-1926-2001) has been received back served. However, there is no representation on his behalf. Even on 21.05.2019 i.e. the date before last date of hearing, no one appeared for the appellant. It seems that appellant is not interested in pursuing this appeal.

Dismissed for non prosecution.
