(oral) Learned State counsel on instructions, submits that the issue with regard to interest on late refund of amount i.e Rs.7,24,928/- has been settled and as per letter dated 02.03.2023, interest amount i.e Rs.7,24,928/- for the year 1999-2000, has been sanctioned which shall be credited in the account of the petitioner within 15 days.
