       The only prayer made by the petitioner in the petition is for issuance of a direction to the respondent-authorities to consider and decide the legal notice (Annexure P-5) served upon the respondents against the acceptance of bid of respondent No.5. Learned Deputy Advocate General appearing for the respondent-State of Punjab, on instructions from Mr. Rajneesh Sharma, J.A. Department of Soil & Water Conservation, Hoshiarpur, submits that the aforesaid legal notice (Annexure P-5) served by the petitioner would be considered and decided by the respondent-authorities before finalization of the tender proceedings.

In view of the statement made by learned Deputy Advocate General, Punjab and taking the same on record, the petition stands disposed of.
