ARVIND SINGH SANGWAN, J. (Oral) The petitioner pray for grant of anticipatory bail in FIR No.97 dated 25.05.2018, registered under Sections 341, 323, 148, 149 and 354-B IPC, registered at Police Station City Sunam, District Sangrur.
The operative part of the order dated 13.06.2018, vide which interim anticipatory bail has been granted to the petitioner, is reproduced as under:- "....Counsel for the petitioners has submitted that the petitioners namely Sharanjeet Singh @ Kaka and Sohan Singh have not been assigned any injuries and the FIR was registered after 02 days of the incident. Notice of motion for 10.09.2018....."

CRM-M No.25787 of 2018 Counsel for the State, on instructions from ASI Ajaib Singh, has not disputed the aforesaid fact and submits that the petitioner is no more required for further investigation. It is further submitted that during the investigation, Section 354-B IPC stands deleted. In view of the above, this petition is allowed and the interim bail granted to the petitioner vide order dated 13.06.2018 is made absolute subject to the conditions envisaged under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
