By way of present petition filed under Section 438 Cr.P.C., prayer has been made for grant of Anticipatory Bail in case FIR No.385 dated 07.12.2022 (Annexure P-1) under Section 148, 149, 323, 307 IPC and 25 and 27 of Arms Act, P. S. Asauda, District Jhajjar. Learned State counsel on instructions from ASI Mukesh Kumar submits that FIR in question already stands quashed by this Court vide order dated 02.05.2023 passed in CRM-M-13776-2023, thereby, rendering the present petition as infructuous. In view thereof, the present petition is disposed of as having been rendered infructuous.
