NARESH KUMAR SANGHI, J (Oral) Learned counsel for the State on instructions from ASI Harsha Singh of Police Station, Patti, District Tarn Taran, submits that despite specific directions issued by this Court, vide order dated 12.10.2015, the petitioner has failed to appear before the investigating officer on 13.10.2015. He further submits that on 28.10.2015, the petitioner has been arrested in another case arising out of FIR No. 242, dated 2.8.2015, for having committed PRASHANT KAPOOR 2015.11.17 17:32 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this document

CRM-M-24800-2015 the offences punishable under Sections 420, 467, 468 and 506, IPC, registered at Police Station, Patti, District Tarn Taran. In view of above, learned counsel prays for withdrawal of the present petition to enable the petitioner to move an application before learned Area Judicial Magistrate for grant of regular bail in the present case as well. Learned counsel for the State as well as learned counsel for the informant have no objection to the above prayer. Dismissed as withdrawn with the liberty aforesaid.
