   Heard.

In the light of the satisfaction shown by the Court, the fact that offences for which the accused have been hauled up are not of serious nature, together with the fact that compromise will go a long way in ironing out differences for betterment of future life of the parties and in view of the law laid down in %&'(!&()*+!,',- .(/'0 '(1 '(,*-2  #$   #2&3&('4$ 5 and %6.47&(1-2 !&()* '(1 ,*-28 + !,',-  .(/'0 '(1 '(,*-2 9 #5$   #2&3&('4$  " the prayer made in the petition is allowed, proceedings by way of FIR No.160 dated 31.10.2009 registered at Police Station Majitha, Amritsar Rural under Sections 447/511 IPC and all consequences arising out of the said FIR are quashed. The petition stands allowed in those terms.
