Mr. Piyush Aggarwal, Advocate for the petitioner(s) *** SANDEEP MOUDGIL, J (ORAL) This writ petition has been filed under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India for issuance of writ in the nature of Mandamus directing to the respondents to consider the petitioner for job as per Policy dated 15.07.2014 (P-3) and Policy dated 05.09.2018 (P-5) keeping in view the judgment dated 30.09.2022 passed by this Court in CWP-7806-2016 2.

At the outset, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he will be satisfied, in case a direction is issued to respondent No.2 to consider the representation dated 18.02.2026 (Annexure P-8) within a time bound manner.

Mr. Deepak Balyan, Addl. A.G., Haryana having been served with an advance copy of petition, accepts notice on behalf of respondent-State and assures the Court that representation dated 18.02.2026 (Annexure P-8) shall be decided by passing a speaking order in accordance with law. 5.

CWP-6822-2026 -2case, the respondent No.2-Director, Department of Sports and Youth Affairs, Haryana is directed to consider and decide the representation dated 18.02.2026 (Annexure P-8), after taking into consideration the judgment passed by this Court in Rekha Rani vs. Chief Secretary to Govt. Of Haryana and others, CWP-7806-2016 (decided on 30.09.2022) (P-7) and after providing opportunity of hearing to the petitioner, by passing a speaking order in accordance with law within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order.

A copy of order so passed be supplied to the petitioner within seven days thereafter.
