(Oral) The present revision petition has been filed by the petitioners, to challenge two affirmatory orders of eviction, passed by the courts below. A caveat has been filed at the behest of learned counsel for contesting respondents No.1 and 2.
However, at this juncture, learned counsel for the petitioners submits that petitioners are ready to vacate the demised premises, if a reasonable period of one year is given. Learned counsel for the petitioners undertakes to vacate the demised premises by 31.03.2025. This offer is acceptable to learned counsel for respondents No.1 and 2/caveators. In view of the offer, so made, which is acceptable to learned counsel for respondents No.1 and 2/caveators, the petitioners are hereby directed to vacate the demised premises on or before 31.03.2025.
