Petitioner has filed this petition under Section 438 of the Criminal Procedure Code, 1973 for grant of anticipatory bail in FIR No.77, dated 03.07.2015, under Section 306 of Indian Penal code, 1860, registered at Police Station Dhariwal, District Gurdaspur, Punjab.

On 14.08.2014, following orders was passed by this Court:- "List again on 08.09.2015.

In the meantime, in the event of arrest, petitioner be admitted to interim bail subject to the satisfaction of the Arresting Officer. Petitioner shall abide by the conditions envisaged under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973."

In view of the submissions made by learned State counsel to the effect that petitioner has been found innocent during investigation, this petition has been rendered infructuous and is disposed of, accordingly.
