(ORAL) The present is a second petition filed under Section 439 Cr.P.C. for the grant of regular bail in case FIR No.180, dated 14.11.2019, under Sections 13 and 3 of Punjab Gambling Act of 1967 and Sections 307, 160, 148, 149, 379-B IPC, Police Station Division No.6, Jalandhar. It is not disputed that the cross-case was also registered and that it was a free fight. No specific injury is attributed to the petitioner. One of the co-accused has also been granted anticipatory bail. The petitioner is in custody since 04.12.2019.

Accordingly, the petition is allowed. The petitioner is directed to be released on bail to the satisfaction of the concerned CJM/Duty Magistrate.
