**** ANITA CHAUDHRY, J(ORAL) The petitioner is seeking regular bail in FIR No. 346 dated 28.6.2014 registered at Police Station Samalkha, District Panipat under Sections 302/34 IPC.
Counsel for the petitioner contends that the petitioner is in custody since 13.7.2015 and six PWs have been examined. The death is after 13 years of marriage and the 11 years old daughter had made a statement to the police that the mother fell in the canal. State counsel submits that the death was on account of poisoning.
The main witnesses have been examined. The trial is going at a slow pace.
