The grievance of the petitioner in the Writ Petition is that the petitioner had filed an application on 17.12.2020 under Section 14 of the SARFAESI Act, 2002 for taking possession of the mortgage properties of the borrower/mortgager before the 2nd respondent, and the 2nd respondent is not passing orders on the said application.

Mr. S.S. Pannu, DAG, Haryana states that the 2nd respondent will decide the said application, and pass appropriate orders there on within one month from the date of receipt of copy of this order. The Writ Petition is accordingly disposed of directing PARVINDER SINGH 2022.05.12 11:26 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document
