Present revision petition has been filed for setting aside the order dated 24.02.2023 whereby an application filed by the respondent has been allowed and the petitioner was directed to pay the ad valorem court fee. 2.

Learned counsel for the petitioner states that two months' time may be granted to the petitioner to pay the ad valorem court fee. 3.

In view of the statement made by learned counsel for the petitioner, the petitioner shall deposit the ad valorem court fee within a period of 02 months from today. It is made clear that in case the petitioner fails to pay the ad valorem court fee within a period of 02 months, the present revision petition shall be deemed to having been dismissed. 4.

Disposed off. Pending applications, if any, also stand disposed off.
