Malik, Advocate for the complainant. *** JASWANT SINGH, J.(ORAL) Petitioner along with three other co-accused is alleged to have inflicted injuries upon respondent No.5-FazulUr-Rehman and respondent No.7-Fauzi Shah on 04.7.2015 at around 3.40 PM leading to lodging of FIR No.62 dated 05.7.2015 by respondent No.5. On completion of investigation in the said FIR, the trial is at the stage of recording prosecution evidence. Present petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C was filed for (i) directing the police Authorities to consider the cross version of the occurrence as per the representations/complaints Annexures P.1, P.2 and P.3 (ii) for issuing necessary directions
CRM-M No.24849 of 2015 #2# for protecting the life of the petitioner threatened at the hands of respondent Nos.5 to 13, who are family members of the complainant.
Learned state counsel, upon instructions from ASI Darshan Singh, submits that the said complaint containing the alleged cross version was investigated and consigned to records since the allegations were found false.
