Through the instant petition, the petitioner seeks the concession of anticipatory bail, in FIR No.94 dated 25.05.2023, under Sections 417, 419, 420, 465, 466, 468, 471, 120-B of the IPC, registered at P.S. City South, District Moga.

At the very outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks leave to withdraw the instant petition, on the ground that, the petitioner has not disclosed him the fact qua her earlier instituting an alike petition before this Court, thereby unsuccessfully claiming an alike relief, as claimed now.
