RAMESHWAR SINGH MALIK, J The petitioner seeks quashing of the impugned summoning order dated 30.9.2014 (Annexure P-1) and the subsequent proceedings in complaint case No.COMI/680/2013 dated 10.8.2009, however, without availing equally efficacious alternative remedy of revision.

In view of the above, petitioner is relegated to his equally efficacious alternative remedy of revision at the first instance, with liberty to approach this court again, if necessity arises. Disposed of, accordingly.
