(ORAL) The petitioner, by filing the present petition cast under Section 438 of the Cr.P.C., seeks grant of anticipatory bail, in case FIR No. 572, dated 11.11.2019, for offences punishable under Sections 147, 149, 420, 427, 448, 506 & 511 of the IPC, registered at Police Station City Mahendergarh, Tehsil & District Mahendergarh (Haryana). Learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that pursuant to the interim order dated 19.04.2022 passed by this Court, the petitioner has joined the investigation.
The learned State Counsel on instructions from the Investigating Officer concerned, submits that the petitioner has joined investigation in terms of orders dated 19.04.2022 and is not required for custodial interrogation.
In this view of the matter, interim order dated 19.04.2022 is made absolute. However, the petitioner shall keep on joining the investigation as and when required to do so and he shall abide by the conditions as envisaged under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C. The petition stands disposed of.
