The prayer in the instant petition is for releasing the petitioner on interim bail, who is presently lodged in custody in FIR No. 129 dated 08.03.2020, registered under Section 15 of Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, Police Station Sonepat, on the ground of delivery of his pregnant wife.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that pregnant wife of the petitioner is alone at home and there is none to look after her. 3.

Learned State counsel submits that upon verification from DSP, Sonepat it has been found that wife of the petitioner is indeed pregnant and delivery date of child is slated to be somewhere around mid of June, 2020. 4.

In the circumstances, the prayer is accepted. It is ordered that the petitioner shall be released on interim bail for a period of four weeks on his furnishing bail bonds and surety bonds to the satisfaction of Chief SONU 2020.06.12 11:28 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document

Judicial Magistrate/ Duty Magistrate. Sonepat. The petitioner will surrender before the Court of Chief Judicial Magistrate/ Duty Magistrate on 15.07.2020, under intimation to Registry of this Court.
