**** ANITA CHAUDHRY, J(ORAL) The petitioner is seeking regular bail in FIR No. 60 dated 28.4.2016 registered at Police Station City Dhuri, District Sangrur under Sections 341, 354-A, 354-B, 354-B IPC and Section 8 of POCSO Act. Petitioner is in custody since 30.4.2016. The prosecutrix has been examined. The trial will take time.

Without commenting anything on the merits of the case and considering the fact that the trial will take time to conclude, the petition is allowed and the petitioner is ordered to be released on bail on his furnishing local surety and adequate bonds to the satisfaction of the trial Court/Duty Magistrate with the condition that the petitioner would not contact the prosecutrix or her family directly or indirectly.
