CWP-7510-2020 During the course of hearing, learned counsel for the respondents submits that the matter regarding entitlement of the petitioners for the allotment of plots in the New Fruit & Vegetable Market, Bawal Road Bithwana is pending consideration with the authorities and the same is now fixed for 21.07.2020 and the claim of the petitioners for the allotment of plots will be decided on the said date positively by the authority concerned.

Keeping in view the above, the present writ petition is disposed of having not been pressed with liberty as prayed for.
