**** ANITA CHAUDHRY, J(ORAL) The petitioner is seeking regular bail in FIR No. 465 dated 18.8.2015 registered at Police Station Central Faridabad, District Faridabad under Sections 363, 366, 376, 342, 506 IPC.

Learned senior counsel for the petitioner contends that petitioner is in custody since 18.8.2015 and the complainant is 45 years old and is a widow. Senior counsel states that a complaint under the Negotiable Instruments Act was filed and few days later this FIR was got registered and she is now avoiding her appearance in the Court. Senior counsel refers to various zimni orders and states that bailable warrants were issued and thereafter arrest warrants were issued and the complainant had approached the High Court and thereafter again she has failed to appear.
