(ORAL) Prayer in the instant petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been made for issuance of direction to official respondents to take strict legal action against respondents No.5 & 6 for committing fraud with the petitioner. And further to protect the life and liberty of the petitioner as well as his family members at the hands of private respondents.

Learned counsel for the petitioner contends that the purpose would be achieved if respondent No.4-Senior Superintendent of Police Pathankot, District Pathankot, is directed to look into representation dated 22.02.2019 (P-3) moved by the petitioner, in a time-bound manner.
