NAMIT KUMAR J. (Oral) The present petitions have been filed by the petitioner under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India, seeking a writ of mandamus, directing the respondents to release the salary, gratuity allowance and other pensionary benefits to the petitioner along with interest.

After arguing the cases for some time, learned counsel for the petitioner wishes to withdraw the present petitions with liberty to file afresh one, on the same cause of action, after awaiting the outcome of the legal notice dated 15.03.2023 (Annexure P-2) filed in CWP No.6776 of 2024.

Dismissed as withdrawn with aforesaid liberty. A photocopy of this order be placed on the file of other connected case.
