(ORAL) This petition has been filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. seeking quashing of FIR No.306 dated 06.10.2022 under Sections 323/506/34 of IPC, 1860 (Section 307 IPC added later on) registered at Police Station Dhauj, District Faridabad (Annexure P-1) and all the subsequent proceedings arising therefrom, on the basis of compromise dated 13.03.2023 (Annexure P-6) arrived at between the parties.

After arguing for some time, learned counsel for the petitioner wishes to withdraw the present petition.

Dismissed as withdrawn.
