As per allegations petitioner alongwith his co-accused Harinder had snatched gold chain from the neck of wife of complainant. Co-accused Harinder was apprehended at the spot whereas petitioner managed to escape.

Counsel for the petitioner heard at length.

Keeping in view the nature of offence,no case for grant of anticipatory bail is made out.

Dismissed.
