The present petition has been filed under Section 528 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita (BNSS), 2023 seeking quashing of FIR No.60 dated 18.02.2025 under Sections 127(2), 115(2), 3(5), 303(2), 308(2), 351(3) of BNS, 2023 (Annexure P-1) registered at Police Station City Kharar on the basis of compromise (Annexure P-2).

At the outset, learned counsel for the petitioners seeks to withdraw the present petition with liberty, to fresh with better particulars. 3.

Accordingly, the present petition is dismissed as withdrawn, with liberty aforesaid.
