(Oral) Prayer in this petition is for transfer of investigation, in a case arising out of F.I.R No. 21 dated 17.02.2016 under Sections 376/328/506/120-B IPC, registered at P.S Mahila Thana, District Palwal. Reply has been filed by the State and as per reply, Ram Dutt joined the investigation on 07.02.2016 and he joined the investigation and during the course of interrogation, he suffered his confessional statement in which he stated that he took away the prosecutrix on 07.02.2016 and committed rape upon her. Further respondent No. 6 and 7 have been kept in column No. 2 In view of the above, no further orders are required to be passed in the present petition.

The petition stands disposed of.
