RAMENDRA JAIN, J. (ORAL) Prayer in the instant petition under Section 438 Cr.P.C. has been made for grant of anticipatory bail to petitioner Shahid in case FIR No.260 dated 27.06.2017 under Section 15 of the Environment Protection Act, 1986 and Section 188 IPC registered at Police Station Central Rejinder Park, District Gurgaon.

On instructions from ASI Ashok Kumar, learned State counsel submits that petitioner has joined the investigation and is no more required for interrogation.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, the order dated 14.07.2017 passed by this Court is made absolute. Disposed of accordingly.
