The present petition has been filed under Section 439 Cr.P.C. for the grant of regular bail to the petitioner in case FIR No.135 dated 20.10.2022, registered under Sections 25 (8) of the Arms Act, at Police Station Division E, District Police Commissionerate Amritsar.

Custody certificate has been filed by learned State counsel, as per which, the petitioner is in custody for 8 months and 23 days. 3.

Learned counsel for the petitioner prays for withdrawal of the petition at this stage.
