Both petitioners who are males claim that they are in live in relationship which is being opposed by their relatives. They apprehend that they would be eliminated by private respondents. While petitioner no. 1 was working as a Gardener in a College at Bathinda, petitioner no. 2 is a driver in the same College. Learned State counsel, on instructions from ASI Surjit Singh, who is present in court, submits that in case any fresh representation is received from the petitioners, same shall be looked into by Senior Superintendent of Police, Bathinda. In view of statement made by learned State counsel, no further direction from this court is necessary. Disposed of.
