"4. That on 24.03.2024 itself the petitioner No.1 was taken to the Sub Divisional Civil Hospital Dabwall for getting conducted her medical examination. However, the petitioner No.1 has refused her medical examination in writing. After investigation, custody of petitioner No.1 was handed over to petitioner No.2 as desired by petitioner No.1.
5. That private respondents No.4 to 7 have been joined in the enquiry on 24.03.2024. During enquiry statements of Nirmal Singh/Private respondent No. 4, Bhola Singh/Private respondent No.5, Manjit/Private respondent No.6 and Satpal/Private SAPNA GOYAL 2024.04.10 09:42 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document
respondent No.7 and statement of Iqbal Kaur (complainant in case FIR No.100) have been recorded. In their respective statements private respondents No.4 to 7 have specifically stated that they will not interfere in the life of petitioner No.1. Copies of statement of private respondents No.4 to 7 and Iqbal Kaur are annexed herewith as Annexures R 2 to R 6 respectively.

That on the basis of investigation and statement of petitioner No.1 recorded under section 164 Cr.Р.С./Аппеxure R 1, cancellation report in case FIR No.100, dated 15.03.2024, under section 346, PS City Mandi Dabwali was prepared on 26.03.2024 and the same will be forwarded to the Ld. Jurisdictional Court, soon in due course.
7. That the during enquiry the private respondents have stated in their respective statements that they will not cause any interference in the life of petitioners. In this way there is no apprehension to the life and liberty of the petitioners from the private respondents. Under the facts and circumstances mentioned above, present petition is devoid of any merits and is liable to be dismissed."
